Kimchi Makes the World Taste Good

Everything goes better with Kimchi! Or so we would like N to think.

How can you go wrong with Napa cabbage and radish pieces naturally fermented with shrimp and anchovy parts? (You know that the use of the word "fermented" here is a euphemism for something far more unpleasant, don't you?) Mix it all up in some nice garlic and hot pepper paste and you've got yourself a treat!



Truth be told, Stacy and I enjoy the stuff, but the kids won't touch it. I really just wanted to get the picture to use for future unspecified blackmail purposes. But as far as I'm concerned, L has no room to complain about utterly disgusting food while she sits there with a straight face eating an artichoke.
